There’s nothing regarding Gymbucks earning on the website or the BTS Sale email notification, but they will appear in your cart

And it must be “typo day” for Gymboree since the official blurb on the “Gymbucks” link says the following:

Earning Gymbucks: August 27, 2010 (12:00 AM ET) – September 26, 2010 (11:59 PM ET)
Gymboree retail stores, gymboree.com and Gymboree Outlet: For every $50 spent at Gymboree retail stores, www.gymboree.com or Gymboree Outlet during an earnings period, you will receive $25 worth of Gymbucks.* Gymbucks earned in a store may only be redeemed at Gymboree clothing stores located in the country of issuance or at Gymboree.com if earned at a U.S. store. If you return or exchange an item and the qualifying purchase falls below the $50 threshold, Gymbucks will be subtracted in $25 increments.

Redemption will be September 30 – October 10, so we won’t have as long to wait this go-round as last time!

For those of you with limited amounts of Gymboree Gymbucks to redeem, who don’t have enough to cover your full ”wish list”, here’s some news about an upcoming sale that might help you decide which pieces to get now, and which to get later

Starting after Gymbucks Redemption is over (have heard both 7/28 and 7/30 start dates) Gymboree will be having a Back To School Sale.

Historically Gymboree has done a “Rise and Shine” promotion after a Gymbucks Redemption period, where they have given out Rise & Shine coupons good for 30% off full-price items only. This Back To School sale proves to be a much better deal than Rise and Shine! The sale will include the full price Kid Girl and Kid Boy lines, and since it is sale pricing (similar to the Fill-a-Bag and Baby/Kid sales), coupons should be able to be used, YAY!

There looks to be specific price points of $10, $15, and $20, as follows:

$20 = items regularly $24.50 and up (jeans, skirts, et al)
$15 = items regularly $19.50 to $22.50 (most all tops)
$10 = items regularly $16.50 and less (basic tops and leggings)

There may also be a $25 price point for the highest priced items, such as coats, dresses and shoes.

NOTE: The Gymboree Back To School sale is slated only for the Kid Boy and Kid Girl lines, in sizes 3-12. So if you are in the 3/3T to 5/5T sizes and deciding between pieces in both the Baby and Kid lines, I’d get the Baby (aka “T”) sizes now with your Gymbucks, then pick up the Kid sizes at the Back To School sale

An update on the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off Gymboree Jeans Sale. The Jeans Sale is slated to run July 14-25, which is the entire Gymbucks Redemption period.
