The Gymboree Rewards Certificates earned for your purchases from  5/1/10 to 7/31/10 are being issued, and starting to arrive in inboxes all around the world.

So check your inbox, and your spam folder if need be The “From” address will be “Gymboree Rewards” (gymboreerewards@gymboree.com), not the typical “Gymboree” (gymboree@gymboree.com) that all their regular mailing list stuff comes from.

These Rewards Certificates are good on a single transaction through 9/24/10.

NOTE: Coupons CAN be combined with the redemption of your Gymboree Rewards Certificates, YAY!

As a friendly reminder, read the fine print. Gymboree Rewards Certificates work like Gymbucks, in that once you spend it, that’s it. Here’s the relevant snippet:

If the value of the purchase is less than the rewards certificate, no change will be provided and the remaining amount of the certificate will be lost.  The discount will be applied as a percentage discount on each item in your transaction. You will receive the price paid (after the discount) on all returned or exchanged merchandise. The value of your rewards certificate will not be returned if you make a return or exchange.

The only exception is if you are simply doing a size exchange of the exact same item, then the price will be adjusted on the new size so that it’s an even exchange.

So don’t be afraid to ask for all your items to be rung up on 2 separate receipts if you’re on the fence about some items.

Be on the lookout in your inbox for the next round of Gymboree Rewards certificates!

They are issued quarterly, and I received the last one on February 10th, so I expect to see one May 10th, give or take (official terms say mailed within 3 weeks of the end of the earning period)

This one will be for all purchases/transactions done in the February 1 through April 30 earning period.
